So... Unfortunately, it sounds as though Adele will not be appearing at the Billboard Music Awards tomorrow night, but she is up for five awards that her Daydreamers are praying she wins. Unfortunately, some of her biggest competition includes the likes of the talentless Justin Bieber, the teeny-boppers One Direction, and talented yet seemingly one-hit-wonder Carly Rae Jepsen. She is also up against more respectable artists such as Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Mumford & Sons, and fun.
Adele's 21 is remarkably up for even more awards two years after its release. Anyways... She is up for:
- Billboard 200 Album of the Year (21)
- Female Artist of the Year (Herself)
- Pop Artist of the Year (Herself)
- Top Billboard 200 Artist (Herself)
- Top Pop Album (21)

Today is a very important day. :) It's Adele's 25th birthday! I have one simple request for you guys today on her birthday, though. If you have a Twitter or Instagram or anything, send out a message to @officialadele wishing her a happy birthday with the hashtag #happybirthdayadele. We want to make this a really special birthday for Adele.
And in honor of her birthday, we are listing 25 random Adele facts that you probably don't know:
- Adele is a natural ginger. Yes, it's true, at one point she was even quoted as saying she would never date another ginger unless it were Prince Harry. We can assume that judging by Adele's wonderful sense of humor, this was just a joke, right?
- Adele's first song she ever performed live was "Daydreamer". In 2007, A…

Hello, everyone. :) This is going to be my shortest blog I've probably ever written, lol.
So.... Next Sunday (a week from today) is Adele's birthday. You have to log on here next Sunday. All throughout the month of May we will be celebrating Adele's birthday, and we will be doing something very special on Sunday, May 5th, in honor of her 25th birthday.
Also, next Sunday, try and get the hashtag #happybirthdayadele trending on Twitter and Instagram, post whatever you can on Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, any other sites like that.
I already have a poster for Adele's birthday ready to go that will be displayed on the main page all month.
This is going to be exciting. We want to make this Adele's best birthday ever.
Thanks!

Hi guys, I have some very exciting news to share with you all....
According to a recent report, Adele entered back into the studio on Monday to begin work on her third album. But that's not even the biggest news. The album is planned to be released by mid-2014! Yeah, it seems like a long time, but if you think about it, it's only about a year away from now. Plus, she'll probably drop the lead single by either the end of this year or the beginning of next year.
Anyways, XL Recordings pushed back the release of Susan Boyle's fifth studio album in order to make sure Adele's new album is out as soon as possible. I am sure we're all very excited about it. It won't be that long until we have more music from Adele. The alleged source says that Adele…

Hello, everyone, we finally have plenty of new (and good) Adele news to give you. This week, she was in the news several times, and most of the headlines were good.... Here's our week in review:
- Adele is in the studio, writing / recording her third studio album with producers James Ford and Kid Harpoon, who have worked with artists such as Florence + The Machine. This means that Adele's new album could be out by the end of this year or early next year. Paul Epworth is also rumored to be involved with the project, according to previous comments by Adele, although there is no confirmation of this.
- Adele was featured on the cover of Elle magazine for a special 'Women in Music' issue. Three different versions of the cover were released, the other two…

For once in a long time, I actually enjoyed a performance from American Idol... A lot.
In a performance deemed by many as the best Idol performance of all time – that's 12 whole seasons worth of performances right there, and Glover's was chosen as the best of the entire show. I'd say that's pretty damn good.
Anyways... Glover's "song that she wishes she had written" (the theme for this week's episode) was "Lovesong", originally performed by The Cure, but she did Adele's version. And let me tell you... It was incredible. I was fighting back tears at the end of the performance. It was truly spectacular. It sounded like the record. It did not sound live at all. That's how good it was. Adele would be very proud. In fact, it might be better than Adele's…

While it is very understandable that music's biggest superstar may need a break following the tremendous success of her sophomore album 21, Adele may be disappointing fans quite a bit; collaborator Ryan Tedder (you may know him better as the frontman of pop-rock group OneRepublic) has recently confirmed that he had contacted her record label, and there is no third album planned for Adele as of right now. She has confirmed that it will happen, but there are no talks of it happening yet. Then again... He was "quoted" as saying this, so it may not be true, although he'd probably be one of the first to take to Twitter to deny the news.
While it may be a long time before we hear new music from Adele, wedding bells may be in the air. A source has …

Hello, everyone. :) If you haven't noticed already, the Wikia Content Team, specifically, JoePlay has gone way out of his way to re-design the Wiki for us. I had decided it was about time for a change in the Wiki's color scheme and design and enlisted his help to re-design the Wiki so it would have a "Skyfall" theme. :) I am very pleased with the work he has done and I cannot thank him enough for all the help he has provided for this Wiki.
When the Wiki's design was changed, I manually had to go through and change the template borders for a lot of templates on this Wiki, so... If you see any templates that have a border that does not match the current link color (in other words, it will probably be a shade of light green), please comment belo…

"Producers are thrilled by how well the song has been received and hope Adele’s presence in the next film will replicate that success", a source has stated. Yes, various news reports are stating Adele has already signed on or is in the process of signing on to sing the theme for Bond 24 following the success of "Skyfall". Late last year, Daniel Craig was quoted as saying that he desperately wanted Sam Mendes to direct the next Bond film after the success of Skyfall, and he wanted Adele to sing the theme song again. “They want her to become as synonymous with Bond as Dame Shirley", the source continued, making reference to Shirley Bassey, who sang Bond themes for three films.
The film is due out by Winter 2014, which could imply a late 2013 or ea…

Adele has already dominated the Grammy Awards, the Brit Awards, the American Music Awards, the.... okay. She has dominated just about every possible music award show there is. And back in January, she dominated at the Golden Globes, making it her first film-related award that wasn't awarded by a critic's choice organization.
Speculation came in mid-January that Adele would perform "Skyfall" live for the first time at the Golden Globes; following a lack of Adele performing at that, rumors spread that the Grammys would mark her comeback performance following her pregnancy in 2012. When that didn't happen, it was confirmed she would be at the Oscars, the biggest film award show out there, to perform and hopefully accept the award for Best Orig…

'The Brit Awards took place tonight, and following last year's controversial ending, we were a little afraid to see what would happen this year at the Awards. And if you have no idea what we are talking about, here's a bit of a memory refresher:'''''
Yeah, Britain learned to never piss off Adele by interrupting her, because she will sabotage your award show by sticking out her middle finger. Gotta love that Adele! Anyways.... The point is, last year, Adele was cut off during her acceptance speech for Album of the Year due to the show running over the time it was expected to. James Corden, who is a friend of Adele's, was forced to cut her off. Well... They wanted to make it up to Adele this year, so when she won the award for Best British Sin…

Adele has confirmed previous reports stating that she would be in attendance at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards tonight when she rocked the red carpet wearing a beautiful dress.... Here's the catch: It wasn't black! Adele, who has made jokes about her habit of wearing black so often, showed up in a stunning red and black floral dress, designed by Valentino.
More and more reports are beginning to claim she will indeed be performing tonight and hopefully accepting the award for Best Pop Solo Performance for "Set Fire to the Rain" (the live version from Live at the Royal Albert Hall). She is up against Kelly Clarkson - it has previously been established that the other three nominees (Katy Perry, Rihanna, and Carly Rae Jepsen) have no chance, and…

Yes, I'm sure we all have that question on our minds: Will Adele actually show up at the Grammy Awards? It is safe to assume she will. A recent Grammy promo ad has her listed as one of the artists expected to appear at the award show. While it did specify performers, which will include the likes of Rihanna and Taylor Swift, it listed other artists expected to appear in some form. One other artist shown in this section was Carrie Underwood; she is expected to perform, though, despite not being listed in the performers in the ad. This could imply that Adele will perform at the Grammys as well, although this is highly unlikely because she is currently suffering stage fright from rehearsing for what is described as her "comeback performance" by …

Good news, Daydreamers! It seems as though Adele has indeed named her baby and may have shared it with us, as she was seen sporting a necklace bearing the supposed name of the baby.... Angelo. Aww, how cute! Let's hope that this is the real name so we don't have to keep guessing. Sources close to Adele have told British tabloids that they were informed the child's name was indeed Angelo. It is unknown if this is the real name of the child, as Adele and her representatives have not commented on this matter yet; Adele did state at the Golden Globe Awards almost two weeks ago, though, that she was not sharing his name at the moment and that it was too personal for her. It is also unknown if he will be taking on Adele's last name (Adkins) or he…

Yay! Adele has finally revealed her son's name! Uh....
No.
While Adele has yet to state her son's real name, she has confirmed that she has an affectionate nickname she has given him.... She calls the little guy "Little Peanut". Yes, while this may seem a bit strange, it's quite cute at the same time. You have to admit, Adele does a pretty good job of surprising us and giving us suspense..... Really.... This is a shock... A child named "Little Peanut"..... Yeah.... We can only hope that Adele reveals Little Peanut's real name very soon; hopefully some pics will be included as well. Otherwise us Daydreamers may have to name him ourselves!

Adele was nominated for "Best Original Song" tonight for her song "Skyfall", co-written with Paul Epworth. We can only hope that she wins the award. =)
Update: We are so proud to announce that Adele has won the award for Best Original Song. After much suspense, a playful smile from Jennifer Lopez, one of the presenters of the awards, told us that this had to be a good sign, and it was when she happily announced that the winner was none other than Adele for "Skyfall". After much speculation, it is highly rumored that Adele will indeed perform at the Oscars on February 24th, 2013... or at least attend the awards. After being out of the public eye for a good porion of 2012 due to her pregnancy and relationship with Simon Konecki, we haven't had much of Adele lately, but she may finally be making a comeback for the Oscars. Her theme, "Skyfall" (from the James Bond film of the same name), is almost guaranteed to be nominated for an award in music at the Awards Show; many people even suspect that the song is already a shoo-in for any award it is nominated for.
Adele is supposedly scheduled to perform "Skyfall" in a special James Bond tribute segment during the award show. The segment will celebrate fifty year…

Yeah, this is absolutely sickening.... Even though the birth of Adele and Simon Konecki's son was never confirmed, Twitter trolls have already begun threatening the child and Adele and posting horrible jokes about them. The meanest that I have found, though, is one from @PerfFemale, identified by The Independent as Vanessa Bieber, who Tweeted whether the child was "fat and handicapped?" Adele's "Someone Like You" might have been an international chart success, but it's now entered at number 22 of the funeral music chart.
The track, which in July 2011 became the first single of the decade to sell a million in the United Kingdom, has entered the Co-operative Funeralcare's chart of the top music played at funerals.
'My Way' by Frank Sinatra topped the poll for the seventh year running with the track requested at 15 per cent of funerals, while Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli's rendition of 'Time To Say Goodbye' and Bette Midler's 'Wind Beneath My Wings' came in at second and third place.
The study also found that a quarter of funeral homes refused to play a track on the grounds of taste – usually because the clergy disagreed …

Adele fans, I know you were all excited to hear that Adele was going to be having a baby, but more great news is here: the lovely singer might be recording the James Bond Skyfall theme! That means we will get to hear those insane pipes blasting out a song one more time!
Check out our source here:
Reports show that Adele was seen at Abbey Road Studios earlier this month, where composer Thomas Newman spent time working on the score for Skyfall! Adele also previously hinted that she was involved in music for the film when the singer told British talk show host Jonathan Ross last fall that she was planning to record one song before the end of 2011 and that it would be “a theme.” She added, “Wow, that’s really giving something away.”

I highly encourage you to buy it on iTunes (the only place it's available for download). All proceeds go to finding a cure for cancer, I believe. Apparently, the rumors that Adele was pregnant long before she announced it are true. Rumour Has It that Example (a rapper and close friend of Adele's) had been dying to tell the secret and found out "ages ago". The father of the unborn child, Adele's boyfriend Simon Konecki, also admitted that the baby is due "so soon". It sounds as if Adele may be a new mother by the end of next month, but no guarantees. There is still no confirmation as to what gender the child will be; all we know is that we are all extremely happy for Adele and Simon and wish them the best in their parenthood.
